How would you get a market value for a rifle with very little info out there? Nothing on GunsAmerica, GunBrokers, net search, etc...? Looking into a post-ban Sig PE-57. Thanks for any and all! Tom

Ok most places had prebans for 3500-5500. That is an interesting looking thing. I can't wait to get my hands on one of their new 556, I just wish they had left it in 7.62 their are way too many 5.56 rifles floating around.

True, but for 762 I like the FAL. I'll be in line for the 556. Price looks good as well! Thanks for the input, but can I ask on what you are basing the 3500-5500 range on? When I see AUG USRs going for 3 large (with 2 or 3 K in country) and there are less SIGs that got in (and quite a rare find I believe) I'm thinking substantially more, no? Not to debate you and I appreciate the info, Thanks.

That's what I got from several sights when I googled it. Not saying it's concrete or anything. Mostly it's the 550 and crew that can go for 10k+

The SIG PE-57 is an older rifle with only specialist appeal among collectors from what I have seen so, pricing is limiited and probably will not follow general market trends with things like AUG's and the SIG 55X series.

For something like this, I generally check to see what what CCF has in stock.

Anytime you have such a small number of rifles for sale, market prices will fluctuate a great deal.
