I am look to have either cocobolo with green liners/spacers or polished black micarta with white liners/spacers both done with black epoxy and 1/8th of an inch thinner

I had no luck in the makers thread. Anyway I am trying to keep the price as low as possible I am not ready to spend 200 bucks for just the handle of a 60 dollar knife all be it a amazing knife but for that price I can buy a BHK bushcrafter and keep my wrecker stock I am looking to spend $100 - &120

Give him a bit he might be at a show, he sells the majority of his knives at shows. I have his phone number somewhere if you don't here from him PM me and I will give it to you.

If all else fails I am going to buy tomars micarta scales and polish them but I need to find a process that doesn't require the need of any power tools like a buffing wheel which I really don't have ( at least the ones needed in knifemaking ) I am willing to take the time to sand it by hand

Hand sanding is your best option, and won't be difficult. :D

Between the polished black micarta and the cocobolo, I'd go with the coco :
