Pricing for pre owned?

As you could see, I'm not a collector, I buy and keep or give my excess to my Nephew. I rarely go to the exchange. After a long hiatus I've gotten back to the Sebenza world(Small Micarta Insingo )

Question:
Normally what % off the "new" price would, say a Small, Micarta, 21 be?
I normally buy new.

In what condition? NIB, LNIB, 90% (just some minor surface scratching, still factory edge) or used and sharpened?

I've seen between $75 to 100 off retail for a lightly used small Insingo micarta. As Cereal mentioned, it's difficult to give a general % because there's a lot of factors.

I realize the difficulty of giving an accurate figure. You have helped and thank you for doing so.
I'm not jumping to purchase this right a way. Got to save up the scratch first. My wife of 43 years allows my hobbies but it's cash and carry only. Hay it works, I'm retired, ten years now.
