Assuming the primary grind is flat, you could do some simple trigonometry.
Do you know what the formula would be for that simple trigonometry?

Another way to do it would be to grind a zero edge from either the spine or the bottom of the blade flat. It will be an acute angle.
Then go up from the apex to where the zero-grind blade is 0.1 inches wide, and grind your preferred edge angle from there, using that mark as the top of the bevel.
