Tried to come up with a primitive-looking sheath for a tiny necker with an aged, cold-blued patina. Brain-tanned doeskin over kydex, leather stitched, kokopelli done with a wood-burner, tiger-eye bead. Little knuckle-knife is 2 3/4" long, 1 3/4" sharpened edge, O-1.

Thanks for looking, I'm curious what you think.:)

Awesome Richard! Another cool looking knife and sheath. Lots of style. Keep up the good work. :)

I think the sheath is definitely in keeping with the character of the knife, though I might choose a different pattern than the Kokopelli; a spider somewhat along the lines of Spyderco's logo might complement the round sheath more.

That's really nice Richard. Very elegant!

Makes my arms ache just to think all that was done with a file. I think you're defining your own niche, and that's great!

very cool..
However.....that town youre from makes me very nervous!!!!!! :):p:):p:)
(see jerrys home page!!)

Up North that is pronounced "dull-ooth". Here in God's country it's pronounced "Doo-looth". Big difference! :)

That is a great looking combination. The sheath is incredibly well done and I love that claw like look to the knife.

great total package, i belive it is the first shealth i have seen? kokopelle is great. by the way the spyderco emblem is not a spider, its a crab! as in pubic hair crab, look at it some time:D

I love the whole deal Richard...REALLY! I also think the Kokopelli is perfectly proportioned to the sheath surface itself. Really creative and functional....thanks for posting the picture....
