Great! Just had an e-mail from Anne Reeve that Chris has looked at the thread and she will post some minor comments this week.
I'll edit my post then where appropiate. Hopefully you can update the doc then. I can also include a link to the print/off-line version if you wish?

The bandwith is exceeded at server 2.

But I uploaded it to a second server (server 1). This should help.
