I sent a Sebenza in to CRK for repair via USPS Priority Mail. Over two weeks went by, and they still hadn't received my knife. Well thinking the worst, I went down to the Post Office to get the paperwork to file a claim.( I had insured it, of course ) As soon as I got home, CRK called. It had finally arrived. Whew! Over TWO WEEKS! Has anyone else had a problem like this with the Postal Service?
