All names used for a Private in the British army depending on Corp or Regiment etc.

I was a Craftsman which is not only used as the base rank but refers to having a technical trade as well.

Boattale Boattale

Or Rick as his real name is, sent me this cracking Craftsman knife after hearing me mention the above.

You can see how nice the fit and finish is,brass liners, grippy scales, easy to open, perfect friction bail and very sharp.

Also perfect for the UKs EDC laws.

Very pleased with this one.

Many thanks to Rick 😍

Customs official: Waaaiit a second...does this guy have a farm?
AARROOGA AARROOGA
warning warning...all imported cutlery must be taken to the British freedom museum.

Nice going...is that a Schrade?

If memory serves it was made by Camillus. But I could be wrong I frequently am.
The Delrin handle texture appears identical to a Camillus Electrician I bought at an off-post Army-Navy store years ago in Spring Lake (by the Fort Bragg back gate). This one had a heavy cable-skinner blade. OH

That blade is like the UK GPO knives of old,for the telephone technicians.
