I just picked up a Pro 6 - 5. I was missing my Pocket Kilo. I used Dylan's kydex and made a neck carry set up. I already have a kydex holder for the Exotac Nanostriker. I just put the two together and threw on some paracord. I'm digging this set up!!!

I had thought about neck carry but thought it might be a bit much with the weight. Now you got me second guessing it. Might have to try this with mine!

Whitty I'm NOT a hard core hiker or a minimalist. I only take day hikes and anymore I camp with a 30ft travel trailer and a 1 ton Ford truck. I love neck carry for general use in these situations and at deer camp. I find it very convenient. I'm a big guy and I don't care at all about a few extra ounces. (My wife will argue that :o) If I were to use it in hardcore situations I would probably look for a break away cord. This is a great set up for general use.

Dave,
Really like the striker attachment that you put on. Nice little set up for sure.

Sounds about right for me. Don't have time for hikes longer than a day anymore!

Nice set up Dave! I have neck-carried my Pro 6-5 a few times in some sketchy places. It is a little heavier than some other neck knives, but not bad. In fact after seeing the new 24/7 in person I want a tapered one with file work and thin scales (all to lighten) in 154CM just for neck carry :)
