Pro discount on new stock catalog knives not working?

Has anyone noticed that their Pro Discount is not working for the new catalog listings? Why?

I have checked several and my BCCI discount does not work.

They are Web Exclusives and therefore, no discount.

Actually, those are discounted. The web exclusives are discounted for the most part.

Regarding new annual releases by Buck, I'm not recalling that (in past years) the Pro discount had to wait 6 months after the new models finally made it to the Buck website. Seems like I recall models (e.g. Sprints, Vantages, 112 Slims, etc.) new releases each year showed up on the Buck website with the Pro discounts already in place. Granted, the Buck website was the last place for the new models to show up each year after other vendors (online & brick and mortar) had them on sale.

I wonder how recently that wording of the second sentence was updated. I know I have not waited a full year in the past to get a newly released model with the discount. This was perhaps updated wording in the last 1-2 or 1-3 years?
