Pro Sharpeners: please evaluate my technique!

Below is a video of my sharpening technique on the finish stone (~3k?). Please critique. Should I swap hands instead of just turning the knife over? Shorter scrubbing motions or long, full-edge draws to finish the edge? Should I keep more water on the stone, or will working with it dry help me achieve the fabled "polished serrations" or "micro smooth saw" edge?

Adorable! Great technique!

It’s amazing how observant children are when imitating behavior. My daughter also wanted to sharpen her plastic Swiss Army knife recently and I made a video. She even checked the burr with her thumb

My son also has that same knife and strops it from time to time. That stainless needs a good bit edge maintenance!
