Went by the open house today, very cool, got to take the factory tour. Was going to buy a knife... right up until I saw the line! Around the building and more people kept coming!

The last pic in the first post, was at the sharpening station. The guy sharpening knives, said that if you bought one of their knives, in the last 10 years, he probably sharpened it!

Said his guesstimate of knives sharpened is around 500K!

Great company, great employees!

That laser cnc machine above, cuts blanks out in seconds! They had a stack of Magnacut, sitting next to the machine.

Guy running it, hit the start button and it zipped right through it! Believe he said it only takes 5 seconds to cut a knife blank out!

I got an email last Monday from BHQ, it had all the info about the open house.

It had info about knives being for sale and other swag. Chavez knives was also there, brought knives to sell. BHQ showed up for the event.

Free food, bounce house for the kids...

Wish they'd do a few.of those fixed blades again from the early 2010's...
