Probably the most expensive axe and hammer..

Looks like fun. We did a car-smash fund-raiser when I was in college. Sledgehammers. It was a blast.
 
I couldn't help but to want to jump through my screen and grab that ax from the older guy in the suit and show him how to destroy a car. If one guys got a sledgehammer and you've got an ax.........use the freaking ax and swing it like you mean it. I get the whole idea of what they were trying to do, but I bet just about anything that's the first time that guy in the suit has ever even laid his hands on a tool.

I was just telling the old lady that the local VFD did car smash fund raisers when i was a youngster, I think it was $2 or maybe $5 per minute but it was my favorite part of the town carnival every year! I wish they still did it, I would bring $20 and my own fire axe and 13lb. post maul and cut the roof off the car. :)

Wouldn't surprise me if the guy had equity with Mercedes. The hosts for events like this in Asia typically turn out to be paid agents of a competitor. It's a new type of marketing.
 
Wow, he really showed BMW. What a moron.

That being said, as a former firefighter, rendering an automobile into scrap metal with hand and power tools can be quite satisfying.
