Problem buying stuff from Leatherman site?

I have been trying to buy some Bit Kits and exta sheaths from Leatherman but when I get to the end of the purchase process a message comes up saying to try again later, I buy stuff online all the time and never have a problem. Has anyone else out there had a problem buying stuff from Leatherman?

I think it's best to contact Leatherman directly with this problem. We won't be of much use if it's a fault in their site.

I ordered a bit kit probably a month ago and didn't have any problems at all.
