Problem editing a for sale post. . .

A few people have been reporting problems when initially posting, and editing threads. One glaring problem here is that you've neglected to wait the required 2 weeks for relisting your item, thus breaking the exchange rules. Despite this specific problem, there is far too much of this behavior going on across the board. You also are not taking advantage if the fact you can post a link to your sales thread into your sigline. In any case, once you list an item for sale, you have to ride it out for 2 weeks, that has been the rule going on years now. Because of the fact people couldn't wait 3 days and decided to relist their stuff every day. Also, bumping won't do you any good really, it's been disabled again due to impatience and abuse.

Spark is aware that there is something going on with the session (time logged into and posting on the forums), and I'm sure he working to try to get it fixed. THe fix though, might not be as easy as we may imagine. Moving forward, if you have trouble let us know and we can try to help, otherwise, we end up having to clean up new threads when it is not necessary.
Try to clear your browser cookies, temp files, etc Log out of the forums, reboot your device, then log back in and make your edits.

Okay, I understand. I already closed the original post and started a new one with the price drop. Should I close the second post and reopen the original or are we good moving forward? I won't bump or repost in the future until the requisite 2-weeks has passed. Thanks for the info.

BTW - good idea with using the signature feature.

It's a great way to get your items "out in view" without breaking rules as well as it shows up in all your posts. I recommend it to anyone that asks if it is alright to do so. Since you had copious amounts of trouble, I'm going to move your older thread offline and you can leave the new thread running. Going forward, just keep in mind that the 2 week rule is what everyone needs to adhere to.

One other thing, if you get that error message again, try and take a screen shot of what it says, codes, errors, etc. Spark may be able to use that to address a specific issue or it may mean nothing at all. It's still better to have a copy of the error codes that are being thrown out, you never know.
Best.

Okay, will do and thank you.

Regarding the error -> sometimes it would partially load, but only show HTML code, but I was unable to interact with anything on the page. Will try and remember to screenshot it next time.

Happy New Year! :D

Glad it worked out, Have a Happy New Year, May each new year be even better than the last for us all. If we can help with anything else, let us know.
