Problem leaving feedback for someone on two sale threads

I waited and even today it still gives this warning.

A fellow picked up several pieces and want to give proper feedback

Gary,
1st thing I always try is to log out and clear all cookies then log back in and try again, I had that message once before, forgot how I cleared it up.

Not sure man, have you tried logging out and back in?

yep, tried that first, then removed all cookies, ugh and cleared history.
will give it a few days and see what happens.
