Problem leaving feedback

Problem 1) Trying to leave feedback for a recent transaction and I receive the message "The following errors occurred with your submission:" when I hit submit, but nothing is highlighted as being in error. I'm no stranger to leaving feedback yet this is the first time I've seen this happen. The only thing I can think if is that the deal thread is in an individual knifemaker's sub forum and not one of the standard exchange forums, must the deal thread be in an "official" exchange forum to be accepted?

Problem 2) Trying to leave positive feedback for a user with no posts, he contacted me through email. How do I pull up his user profile when he has no posts?

1. You need an Exchange thread URL to leave iTrader feedback. You can use the FEEDBACK / GBU forum since iTrader won't work.

2. Is the user with no posts an actual Bladeforums member? What is his username or email address?

Is it possible to have individual makers sale threads (one per forum) designated an "exchange thread", or is that getting too complicated?

The guy sent me an email in response to one of my old sale threads through the forum email form and is a registered user. His name pops up in the drop-down when doing a search for user posts, but results turn up no posts, so not sure how I can view his profile to leave him positive feedback.

It would have to be the original for sale thread for it to be legit and work. You can start a thread in GBU giving positive feedback.
