Problem leaving feedback

Hey folks, really need some help with a feedback issue please.
I bought a knife from someone here many months ago and have as yet been unable to leave him the positive feed back he deserves.
I have tried from my phone/iPad/laptop/friends house all with the same result, a message saying I need to add more characters to my comment.

On each attempt my comment has always been variables of the prescribed 10-80 characters though. :confused:

I have sent a few messages through the "contact us" section at the bottom of the forum pages with no reply. Contacted a mod who suggested clearing cookies and history etc and if that didn't work posting here.

Hopefully someone can help as I do feel bad not being able to give him the credit he deserves for putting up with such a fussy buyer, lol.

Enter some text in the big box you can see on your screen there and it'll accept it
 
Much appreciated buddy! Adding a comment in the box visible to buyer, seller and staff only allowed the public message to go through. Many thanks for the helpful advice. :D
 
This is one of the more common and frustrating hiccups people encounter. It's one of those things where you need to fill out the requested information completely, 100%. Glad to see it worked out. :)
