Problem leaving feedback

I sold two knives in seperate threads on the same subforum and I cannot leave feedback for the buyers. The buyers cannot leave feedback for me either.

I think you might be right. The new subforum is not yet set up for feedback.

I notified Spark and he is working on a resolution.

You were able to contact Spark, and hear back from him in less than 24 hours? Are you two related or something? ;)

LOL :) Nope, no relation as far as I know but it's a small world. :D

I sent Spark a PM on 9/18 after attempting to leave feedback for my first sale in the new forum. I have not heard back from him. My statement that he is working on a resolution is a leap of faith.
 
IIRC, only one person can post feedback for any given url. The resolution may not be as simple as it might appear given the limitations of the software. I have always said that starting a positive (or negative) thread in the Good, Bad, & Ugly is a good way to go. Make sure you have cause especially if you've had a bad experience. People in the know tend to search that sub-forum before doing a deal. If you need a link let me know, but it is very easy to find in the Exchange forums. :)

That would probably explain it, but I have left feedback for multiple buyers from one sale thread where I sold many knives. Maybe only one person other than the OP can use the same url?
 
It appears that the new "Traditionals, Slipjoints, "Old Timey" style knives" subforum (the subforum in question here) is not set up for feedback. The feedback scores do not show up under each members post counts like they do in the other Exchange sections, there is no "Rate Seller" button at the bottom of the original posts, and the threads are bumping to the top when replied to.

The subforum is only about two weeks old and I think it needs updated to make the URL's from that forum valid for feedback.
 
Taken care of. Traditionals and Canadian exchange forums weren't setup for itrader. It's fixed
 
Spark,

Thank you for your help but I just tried again and it is still not working. The "Rate Seller" buttons still do not show up at the bottom of the seller's post.

I am still getting the same error message.
 
The feedback ratings are showing up now, but still a no-go on the feedback in the "Old Timey" for sale area.
Also the sort order is still defaulting to latest post as well.

Feedback works.
Posts are still sorting by last post time. So bump away sellers, it's not against the rules anymore.
