Problem posting pics

I recently had to buy a new computer and it runs on windows 8 and now I can't post pics. I still use the same camera and everything else, only the computer has changed. I can post pics on other forums with no problem but not here. Any ideas of what I'm doing wrong? I was using windows Vista if that makes any difference. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
 
I just switched to an Apple machine. My old Windows machine was incredibly fussy about what I had to do to get a photo to post. And when Photobucket changed its format, it became very difficult for me because the automated address link had a lot of extra information that would not post.

Can you try posting the link here? If we could see what your photo's address looks like, we may be able to offer specific advice.
 
I've never used Photobucket. I've always loaded the pics directly from my hard drive but can't seem to do that now.

Also interested...Flickr changed their site and the url is pact with info that will not translate to an image in BF.
