(Problem Resolved) paypal payment sent to Busse.

Ok. On the 20th I sent a paypal payment of $240.00 over the phone with lexi which was going towards a Team Gemini.

I had her send me a receipt for my records showing the payment of $240.00 which she emailed to me.

I remembered I had a credit of $23.00 which I called to add towards the balance, and I had her email me the new balance owing.

When she emailed me the price owing was $328.90 :confused:

So I call her back to get it fixed but she cant find the $240.00 payment anywhere. Now Im a little worried, so I go to paypals website to check it out.

It shows

June 20th Authorization to BUSSE, WAUSEON, OH (Completed) Details $240.00

June 20th Temporary Hold (Placed) Details $240.00

June 23rd Temporary Hold (Removed) Details $240.00




She said to give it a couple days but I figured I would post here and see what other people thought?

If you have the emails and your paypal shows funding sent I really wouldn't be too worried.

If Lexi says give it a few days just give it a few days and see what happens and call back again.

Im sure it will all get sorted out. Busse is good people.
 
I would give it 2-3 days as she suggested. Its Lexi and Busse, I wouldn't worry too much about them taking care of you. Paypal is notorious for things like this.

I know. I'm not worried about Lexi or Busse :D.

Its Paypal that worries me.
 
I've had some weird Paypal issues but they always got sorted out. I would be even less worried since it is Busse and I can't imagine any unresolved problems with them.
 
Paypal has a thing with funds being used to pay for items like knives. I'm not sure of the exact details, but I've heard it can be a real hassle.
 
Are you verified? I had that problem when my credit card expired and I sent a payment, it went through some hold because they won't instantly send a payment without a credit card backup (verification). It ended up taking like 6 days because they put my payment on hold, when the hold expired it then takes a few days for the payment to get into the recipients bank account from their Paypal. Did you check your bank account/credit card to make sure they payment was deducted on your end?

Yes I am verified. The card I used to pay for it was my Paypal debit Mastercard.

Were there enough funds in the account to cover the transaction? Just asking as it really could be something this simple if you didn't check first.
 
They may have just but a hold on the cash. If so the cash should have been refunded to your account. I know a while back I tried to pay up front on a Swamp Rat,the cash came out but after a week or so the money refunded back to my account. Never did get the up front payment done.
 
You might want to log into paypal and see if the transaction information on the site gives any additional information.
 
Call PayPal, they will figure it out.

Just took a couple pictures of the paypal page showing the payment.

I am currently on hold trying to talk to someone in paypal.





 
As you can see it shows busse and their phone number next to merchant. But why cant they find the payment :confused:




Update. Just spoke to someone from paypal, they also looked it up and told me the payment went through. I am currently on hold again to be transferred to the debit card section of paypal.



Update again. The guy told me Busse collected the payment of $240.00 on June 23rd.

You seem to have been pretty thorough. I'm confident that when a Busse rep sees this thread, they'll take care of you:thumbup:

I hope so. I talked to Lexi a little while ago, but she told me to contact paypal about it. As you can see they show it went through.

This has never happened to me before :(
 
Don't worry I am sure that it will get straightened out soon. On the plus side you get to talk to Lexi.
