Problem trying to post from mobile

The toolbar in posting a new message is greyed out/unable to the press buttons when on the site from my phone, preventing posting an image from a URL. It is fine from my laptop.

Tap the 3 vertical dots on the right hand side and then click the brackets that pop up.
