Problem With BCCI Card

I tried to register with the Buck Knives Collector's Club Program, went to buckknnives.com/application and filled out the application with the pro code number.

My application was automatically rejected . (on the card it says "You will automatically be approved...)"

The rejection read like this:

"Pro Application Form
Notice: An account already exists with that email address
."

How do I activate my BCCI card? Yes, I have an account and ordered several knives before I joined the BCCI, but I don't see the BCCI discounts when I log in and see no way to apply the card's discount program.

I'd appreciate replies from people who can help solve this problem. Thanks.

When I logged in to my account at the Buck site and tried to apply the pro code at checkout the following appeared:

"Discount code does not exist"

As far as the first post wolf, I would call Buck! The second post though, I also got! I put an O instead of a 0 :o Apparently there is a difference when entering the numbers or letters. Could this be the problem?

You probably have deactivate your old account or change the e-mail address on it.

I suspect you don't need that account anymore, so maybe you could just garble the address on that account and then you'll be ok on the new.

I was quite careful with the numbers and letters. I'll try again when I have my card with me.

If you have free email with someone, create another email account just for this and it will quit rejecting you. You could make one up sort of like a password but does it have to be active to go thru.?

I have yahoo account plus another main email, I just created a third yahoo just for Buck. Which reminds me I need to check it to see if anything has come up.

FYI 300

I was hoping I could keep my regular e-mail account that I use daily and merge my old Buck account with the BCCI pro account to keep a record all in one place, (that is, convert my existing account to a BCCI pro account) but maybe that's not possible.

Is there any reason to keep the old account? I imagine that the new account will take care of everything, won't it?

If you garble or delete the e-mail address from your old account it should THEN work fine for the new.
