This is new 4" contact wheel. Can I fix it myself? I have no press machine.

Thank you for your help.

Hammer and punch those out.

Vise, or nuts, washers and threaded rod act as a press to press them in.

Plenty of youtube videos on that.

Get the bearing number off the ones you take out.
Get sealed bearings next time.

What you want to fix ? Did you try that wheel on grinder ? I can t see clear on that short video , but seems to me that there is some thin tube as spacer thru bearings and sound come from there ?? If I m right when you tight wheel everything would be OK . Picture would help more ....

You're right. I wanted to fix the tube between bearings. And I did it.

The tube is located between the bearing and the bearing. I hit one bearing with a urethane hammer.
Seems to me that you tried to fix non existing problem :) If properly done that spacer should move little , what you hear is when tube move ....BUT not between bearing left and right, it move up and down between bearing and hit in body of wheel .When you tighten bolt everything would be tight . Urethane hammer , wood hammer , rubber hammer don t make difference in your case . Bearings are much harder then steel in hammer so you can not easy make mark on bearing .I hope that you not damaged that bearing .If MUST be hammer, use real one hammer but use it ONLY on outer ring .......blow is blow no matter it come from urethane or from steel . Balls inside bearing have let say contact with rest of bearing in one small point and any blow on inside ring can very easy leave mark ......
