Problem With Bob Lum

Hi Everyone!

I've had my Bob Lum Folding Tanto for about 3 months now and there is a problem with the liner. There is an amount of verical play. The liner just moves right to the edge of the tang. It doesn't slip off or close with pressure but the liner does move dangerously close. Do you think I should send the knife back to spyderco for warranty?

Send it back. I've seen two others which exhibit this same problem although the owners didn't seem to care.

I imagine its probably similar to what my EKI CQC7 does. Bugs the heck out of me.
 
BTW do you work at HOK? Is that the one that came from Lansdowne?
 
it has an eccentric pivot. I think you should try tweaking it first.
 
It allows you to change the distance between the tang and the liner lock bar.
