Problem with DM's

Hi BF-

I am unable to send DM's, but can receive them and have no other issues. I get the following notification-

"Oops! We ran into some problems.
Your content can not be submitted. This is likely because your content is spam-like or contains inappropriate elements. Please change your content or try again later. If you still have problems, please contact an administrator."

I am unable to contact support, as I get the same error message when I do. Very disappointing, as I paid for a Gold membership last week and am getting no benefits whatsoever from it so far.

Is this common? Steps to fix?

Also, you might want to clear cache, reboot etc.

99% the DM didn't work, it gave me the same error message. No way to contact the mods that I know of unfortunately

Edit- just kidding, you are a mod. Haha
 
I am a mod, but only Spark Spark can handle issues with the software directly.

Also, I had to approve your post...as it was in the hopper waiting for moderator approval

Ah good to know!

Cleared cache, closed all apps, and logged out and back in. No love so far.
 
I didn't get your DM reply...so I guess there's something going on that will require either a change on your end or something that Spark Spark can determine.


Spark Spark , cleanup on aisle 5!!!
 
Take a screenshot of what you are trying to send
 
Might be a cookie problem. Spam filters might be locked into a cookie on your machine. Try the following:
Log out of BF,
Then clear your cookies and close your browser.
Then reopen you browser and log back in.

Note: this will log you out of any other sites you are "permanently" logged into. So if that's a problem, you might try using a different browser to see if that makes a difference in your ability to send DMs.
 
Used a completely new browser, as well as cleared cookies and cached data and logged back in to try again... 3 different times.

No luck.

Done, sent a completely unrelated message that wasn't guided from a link. Tried removing "testing" and also tried tons of other combinations of words. Also tried to dm someone about purchasing a knife. Also tried sending DM on the app.

Nothing works, same error message.
 
Super weird. Is it happening on your phone and pc?
