Problem with Edge Pro Apex 4

Hi everyone! I'm having a problem with my edge pro apex. It seems that I'm able to put a perfect mirror edge on all my knives, except for an area on the right side of the blade near the tip. The edge pro is not reaching the very edge in this one spot on multiple knives, so I figured it was just a problem with reprofiling and I had to take off more steel, but after about 200+ passes on the 120 grit stone I figured it might be something I'm doing wrong. Has anyone ever encountered this before? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here are the pictures of some of the knives I've tried to sharpen; as you can see, there's a spot that the sharpener just isn't reaching. Should I just keep grinding away, or is there something I'm doing wrong here? Thank you so much.

I don't use systems such as this, so I can't help you.
I will advice you to practice a lot with some cheap knives of some type. Many take off way to much steel with these things, and many thin out the blade tip to much. It hurts at times to see what some have done to their knives.
Someone will be along with the advice you need. Good luck.

So I talked to someone from edge pro (awesome customer service) about the problem. He said that what's causing this is an uneven bevel; the side of the knife that I'm having the problem with is ground down too deep. He said that for the next couple sharpenings what I should do is just do 2 passes on the opposite side for every 1 pass I do on the messed up side. Does this sound right to you guys?

Sorry about that. I reposted in the maintenance area but now I'm trying to figure out how to delete this one haha
