Problem with Leatherman Charge Ti shealth

I have the leather version of the shealth. The shealth can't fit both the Charge Ti and the screw bit holder at the same time. Does anyone else have this problem?

There should be a slot behins where the tool goes. it should all fit good but as I put in a thread last week, Leatherman has some Quality Control issues that they need to work out. My first Charge had only the first half of the ruler scales on it but they put it on twice. I had to take it back and get another tool but the second one was good to go.

It fits, just REAL TIGHT at first. Just force it to close and it will, you need to break it in. I've had mine for 2 weeks of pretty heavy use and now it snaps closed very easily. You will find that the bit holder wants to slide out with the tool also. Same thing after it loosens up a little it will stay put. Good luck.

hmm... I see, so I guess I'll just have to wait before the leather gets more stretchable.
