Problem with M2 supply?

I have been looking at numerous sources and a great many of them seem to be out of M2 steel blades, particularly from Benchmade. One source hinted that there is a problem with the supply of M2 steel. Has anyone else heard of this?

nope i just bought something like 50 lbs of it !! maybe the big boy's have a hard time getting it but i havent yet . i love the stuff makes a wicked blade .

I thought that BM was behind on orders, period -- not just related to M2....... ?

Well in my thread, I said that no one seems to have the BM 710 with M2 in stock. :-(
