Hi,

I have noticed that all of a sudden my PM's have disappeared and when I tried to post a thread at the Exchange, I received the following message

"Andros, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
"

I would appreciate your assistance towards the resolution of these issues.

Thank you.

it may be because your membership has expired. you are showing up as a registered user.

The exchange is for paying members and you are showing up as registered. If that is in error, I am sure Spark will fix it for you.
Jim
BTW: GunDude types faster than I do. :)

I just renewed my subscription. How long does it normally take to be re-activated?

You are ready to go, go now to the user CP and join the group you paid for, your PM"s are back on. While as registered you did not have them.
Jim

Thank you for your prompt assistance. It is greatly appreciated.

I wish you a happy weekend.

I also owe a "Thank you" to JatMat.

It's always nice dealing with good people.

BTW, any advice on how I don't miss the renewal date of my subscription again? As I mentioned earlier, I hadn't received any notification about it.

Do you keep an annual calendar, paper copy or computerized personal information? Log it now. I'm sure there is a place in your BF profile that notes it but I don't know where that is.

when you click on "upgrade your forum experience" at the top of the page it says when your membership expires, and like Esav said it would be a good idea to mark it on a calender.

Yeah, I think I should do just that: mark it on a calendar and take it from there.

Thank you gentlemen.
Take care.
