Problem with paid Suscription....anyone can help?

Hi!

I have recently ( a few days ago) paid for a Gold Membership...but wanted to upgrade
to a Maker Suscription, as always.

Does any one know, how i can upgrade, without paying the full amount again?

Any help is much appreciated.

Yes, you do have to pay in full for the Maker subscription. But then, come back to the Tech Support forum and ask Spark to pro-rate the remaining Gold time to extend the new Knifemaker subscription.

Ahhh ok that means that i get a partial refund?

In effect, yes. Your Gold time is converted to Maker time at the ratio by which the two differ.

Ahhh ok, so just upgraded to Makers Membership...do i have to contact Spark via PM?
