Problem with PMs and Visitor Messages

Is there work being done on the messaging systems here? I have been trying to respond to a PM off and on all day to no avail. Can't send a new PM, nor leave a visitor message. So, I was just wondering what's up. I'm not getting a notification about a full in box or anything like that, just "web page not available"
 
Ok, this seems nuts. It is just...so far, one individual I can not reply to. I also can not leave them a visitor message. Either was I get "web page not available" They are also a gold member. Isn't there usually a notification when the in box of another person is full? Also, the visitor message giving me the same "web page unavailable" is a point of confusion for me.
 
It could be that the person has disabled visitor messages or has it restricted to people on their friends list (you may not be on that list). It could be a problem with your browser, not being able to load the page correctly. It could be an issue with that person disabling PM.
 
I have had issues PMing, And even posting in threads many times in the past. I always figure it's a glitch in the software/server. It has happened to me many many times over the years.
