Problem with Signup/Login

My friend, and knifemaker Marvin Winn, who has signed up using username Maxcutter03 is not able to finish the signup/login process. He hasn't gotten his confirmation e-mail. Can someone help me get this fixed?

His profile shows Deactivated, Awaiting Email Confirmation with a join date of December 10, 2007. That confirmation email is way back there somewhere, or maybe even in a spam folder that's since been automatically emptied.
 
Is there any way to help him get this going again? Can that e-mail be re-sent?
 
Sure, there's a link in the FAQ, and actually there should be a link when he logs in for requesting the new code
 
Thanks Spark. I've e-mailed him this response. Can someone check that the e-mail is correct. He may have mistyped, and not be getting his mails.
