Problem with Spyderco Police CF

(#137 LH PE)I have not used this one to cut anything yet, just opened it up and admired it quite a bit. When I opened it up the other day, the blade seemed to be catching/grinding on something as it opened up, as well as wobbling from side to side. Now it is doing it every time I try to open it, and The blade also makes a disturbing sqealing/sqeaking sound when opened. Oiling does not help. What should I do?
