Problem with the Trident

It's probably just slipped thru the cracks. Chris is pretty good about responding to posts here...your first one got moved, I know. So I'd guess that's a big part of the problem.

Send me a message (marketing@sogknives.com) and I'll forward it to the warranty department. From your description it sounds like it could be one of a couple options. Either the spring broke or as someone mentioned in the original thread there could be a build up of dirt and lint in the pivot. Either way you can return the knife and have us check it out. Check out our warranty page (http://www.sogknives.com/service/warranty/) for information on returning your knife for inspection/cleaning. If you do send it back be sure to send it via UPS or some similar shipper where you can track the package and it is insured.

If you have any more questions please feel free to send me a message (marketing@sogknives.com).
