Problems connecting today? 3/5/13

It's been a challenge getting on today. Now the search function seems to not be working. Is it just me?
 
Nope, I had a hard time connecting earlier as well..... There is a site that you can visit to check if sites are down.
Not sure if it is acceptable to put it here. If you'd like, I can send it to you in Email/pm
 
Intermittent connection problems seem to be more common.
 
Seemed cut off completely, for the better part of an hour this afternoon. Started (as it appeared to me) when attempting to post a reply via the editor, after which the site wasn't responding at all. Attempts at refreshing pages or connecting to other sub-forums were unsuccessful, being unable to connect at all to the BF site.

Widespread outages at our hosting company due to a 0day ColdFusion exploit causing server hijacking which turned them into zombies DDOSing other servers on the network.

Spark do you still want date/time data of issues?
 
BF was inaccessible (for me, at least) again this evening, starting at approx. 7:00 p.m. Mountain time (9:00 p.m. Eastern), lasting 30 - 45 minutes. Same/similar behavior as I posted earlier, unable to connect to the site at all.

Same here in Central Kentucky, but it seemed to have started earlier than 2100EST/1900MST.
 
I thought it was just me. Speed tests showed my 6 Mb DSL running 340k download and 675k upload while I couldn't get on here, although I was still able to access other forums.

Same here. Same time.
Been happening with me a few times a week for a long time now.

Good luck in getting this figured out Spark. I know you've been trying for a while, and it must be very frustrating for you.
