How do I? Problems posting pics - error message

I've attempted several times to attach pics to a listing I've created. I continually get an error message stating the file is too large for the server to process. These are the same resolution pics as I've posted previously on other threads. Any explanation or guidance with this issue?
I love the new software upgrade by the way.. So far it's very user friendly except for the pic issue.
 
The standard size of a photo taken by an iPhone or Android phone is too large to be attached directly to a thread, you have to either re-size it a bit or upload it to a picture-hosting website and link to it there in your thread here.
 
I used photos directly from my Android previously and uploaded them without a problem.. So I'm not sure what the deal is now
 
Did you use tapatalk before?
 
Yes sir, I did use Tapatalk previously. That's possibly the issue now without Tapatalk. I've created Imgur profile and posted the direct link.. Are the pics visible using the link provided?
 
Spark, I think I've got it figured out by using imgur app. Pretty simple, I think. Thanks for the upgrade to our forums, it is appreciated!
