Problems posting pics

I'm trying to post a pic of a knife for sale but I get a message that states I already posted this pic in another post. I am provided a link to the older post but it seems to have permanent failures. The link is titled Elishewitz Damasteel King and I'm trying to post a pic of this knife in a newer thread here:

Rename the file. Then the server won't recognize it as a file that you've uploaded before.
