problems trying to purchase platinum subscription

not sure if this is the right place, but I tried four times in a row today to purchase one of these with two different credit cards known to be good and failed each time without any explanation.

what should I do now?

What happened when you tried?

Are you using a non-US credit card and trying to use the automated system?

it was denied each time with no explanation, error code, or anything descriptive at all.

both were US cards, one from BofA and one from Chase.

Spark will have to figure that one out; I'm stumped.
