Problems with membership

Tried to get membership a while ago and it did not go well.
This is what I got on my bank statement.

ONE STOP KNIFE SHOP 502- 10/31ONE STOP $-10.00W/D

I do not have any other info on this, because it failed before finishing...
 
I need your invoice number that you got with your order so that I can track your order down.

I never GOT an invoice number... It just charged my Debit card and crashed...

The line in my first post was pasted directly from my bank statement.

I just realized that I did not post some important info in the first post...
The order was made DURING the time that the online order system was broken...
I did not find out that until AFTER it took my order and crashed...
 
Ok, it has been 2 more months... Can I at least get a refund so I can resubmit, my membership???
I know it is only $10.00, but still... That is lunch for a day or two...
