Problems with MY EDC

When I first received my EDC it was great. After a couple of weeks of carry, (I didn't even cut anything with it!) the lock-up became loose and the blade was no longer centered when in the closed position. I sent it back along with a note describing the problem. I am very disapointed with the replacement I received. The blade is so off center that there is a scraping sound when opening and closing the knife. The knife I returned was better than the replacement! I looks as if the replacement may have been a returned knife. I would like a new knife but I don't feel I should have to go through the hassle and expense of sending the knife back a second time, only to receive an even worse knife.

I recieved my EDC yesterday and just now after spending some time sharpening the blade, I have a similar problem. When open there is a horrible amount of horizontal blade play, and when closed the blade is completely off center, scraping the side of the liner. Needless to say, i'm really dissapointed. Mr. Fennell, you have mail.

I'd just like to report back on what happened with my EDC. Will Fennell called me as soon as he could, and was incredibly helpful working out my problem. I eventually decided to send it back to them to get it fixed, and it looks like they've replaced the knife completely (for free of course). Everything's looking great now...lockup is fine and its centered nicely. Hopefully it holds up fine.

but rest assurred, you can trust the customer service at Camillus...they'll take care of you.
