I'm not sure if it is just a state law or not so only those from PA might be familiar with the topic.
The new POL propane tanks with the new overfill protection (float) and the check valve might be the cause for the sudden loss of performance (flame quality) of my forge. I say maybe because I also have a badly deteriorated flair at the end of my burner. But it's awfull ironic that the problem just started with the first tankfull from this new tank design. The flame is very rich all of the sudden. I'm in the middle of experimenting with forced air assistance at the same time as getting a new flair made.
