Problems with Spyderco's EMAIL? I'm not getting ANY replies?

What's cuttin' ? I'm not getting ANY replies from Spyderco. Are you receiving EMAILs? I don't think that our EMAIL server is the problem, because I send messages to quite a variety of people and GET replies from them. Please look into this!

Who do I address any queries to now at Spyderco Customer Service? I'll re-send the previous EMAILs and see what happens. Some are actually rather serious (for me), as they address some warranty issues that I'd like some answers on...
 
I don't know what the problem is. I wrote the customer service address and haven't heard anything back from them either.

Hi guys. Sorry that you haven't been responded to sooner.

At the end of last week they were preparing for our new website and in doing so our provider made some changes on our E-Mail. We had a 3 day weekend but very little E-Mail, we realized early Tuesday morning there was a problem. We are unsure if we lost any of the E-Mail that came in over the holiday weekend, so if you haven't received a response please resend it.

Heyns, I know that if you haven't already seen it, Beth has e-mailed you regarding this and your C40.
