Hey, guys, I was sharpening my 'du yesterday, and it seemed to me as though the grinds were different on either side.
One side seemed to be a nice, easily-sharpened twenty-or-so-degree angle, and the other side was a 14/15-degree angle.
It took me about an hour to sharpen it to where I was at least tolerating the edge, and I'm still unhappy with it.
Has anyone else had this same problem? Is this normal? Should I send it in or just take the time on the ol' Lansky?
