production coffin handled folder

is there a coffin handled folding production knife made ? The following is what I am looking forin this knife : well made and functionl,
good quality steel, ats-34, D-2, high carbon
steel, sv30

Or will I be forced to go to a custom knife maker?
If I have to have to have it custom made; can you recomend someone who can handle the job and make a knife of good quality?

Not sure if you'd consider it coffin, but look at the Camullus Cuda Maxx 5.5:

It has Titanium handles and a 5.5" D2 blade.
