Tom sent me some documents to post here regarding the Camillus production of the Raider Stiletto.
Here it is:
* There have been several postings on BladeForums lately about the Camillus U.S.M.C. Raider Stiletto and I thought everyone would like to see the original records. I have included the WWII version as well as the one made in 1967. Many collectors quote the total production during WWII at 14,370 stilettos, which included two runs of 5,000 pieces and 9,370 pieces,*but that is incorrect. I have the log book showing all the orders shipped during WWII and there was a third run. I will look for the log book and some day we can post that additional information on BF.
**** Please post the documents that I have attached to this email.
**** Thank you.
