Production Folder ~$30 w/ Leather Sheath?

Does anyone have any suggestions for production folders ~$30 that also come with a leather sheath? Thanks.
 
Some of the Schrade Old Timer lockbacks came with leather sheaths, the 6OT, 5OT, and 7OT for examples. If you're lucky you might find one of the original USA-made Old Timers on eBay for that price.

Thanks for the replies. A co-worker of mine wanted a folding knife that has a sheath. Did some searching and it seems that the Buck 110 is the best bet.
 
The lowest price I've seen for a 110 is around $30 at Wal-Mart, but for that price they don't include the leather sheath. You do get a pretty good nylon one though, it is not a flimsy cheapo.
 
A Buck 112 might be a better option. A 110 might be kind of intimidating to some people. Legality could also be a factor.
