Does anyone know of production folders using 60+RC bladesteel? Off the top of my head the only ones I'm aware of are Byrds (Up to 61RC I believe) and ZDP blades in the mid 60's. Are there any others?

It was a limited edition, however I think the Kershaw Blur SG-2 was in the low 60's

BG-42 is in the 60's and Buck's custom shop can replace the blade of a 110 or 112 with it if you sent it in...

Spyderco Military BG-42 steel is hardened to Rc 61, according to Sal. It is a special run of Military with carbon fiber handles.

Spyderco Caly Jr., Caly 3 with CF handles, Delica and Endura, have ZDP-189 hardened to Rc 65.

The edge of Spyderco Salt folders is Rc 64 for plain blades and Rc 68 for serrated ones. Blades are Rc 58 (except edges).

Benchmade D2 and M2 blades are hardened to Rc 60-62.

Fallkniven U2 has a laminated SGPS steel hardened to Rc 62.

This steel has the best edge retention of ANY steel avaliable to the knife market today!!!!! I wish more companies woudl start usign this too for some larger folders...:D

Alot of D2 is hardened into the early 60s BM 710 is 59-61rc. Bob Dozier heat treats D2 to 61 so it must be a good balance for performance.

Some of the Benchmade AUS8 blades are hardened to the 58-60 level.
