Production Hayes is awesome

I just got the production ATC Hayes Tomahwk from Phil at 2theHilt, and this hawk is awesome. Now, does anyone know how to wrap this handle (Strider style)?

to wrap the handle is not easy. I try,but i found no way to do a good job. Maybe one of you guys?

Go to the Strider Knives web site, once in go to how to re-wrap your handle, step by step with some pic's that show you how to do it.
To make it easier a vise will help alot, be prepared for some blisters on the outside of your pinkies from pulling the 550 cord tight enough to stay put. Also have a tube of super glue ready, it holds the knots in place. Good luck.

I'm no expert a wrapping, but I've found that doing a first pass loose wrap, followed by lots of double needle-nose pliers pulling and twisting to even and tighten the cord works quite well.

Only CA glue I used was on the top and bottom loops, plus a drop on the knot.
