Just looking around for new production knives with either titanium liners or framelock..

Some examples: Sage 2, techno, boker pipsqueak etc..

Any suggestions?

HTM DDR Maxx
CRK's
Lion Steel
Mission folders
Spyderco Lionspy, Tuff, and Ti Millie
Benchmade Subrosa and Mini Pocket Rocket
CRKT Eros
Boker Plus Epicenter

If you're looking at the Techno, get it. It is such a great little knife. Amazing quality for the price.

The only thing I can think of in addition to what's already been mentioned would be the XM series from Hinderer. The newer generations are considered production, no? :)

Are Three Sisters Forge folders considered production? What about Grayman Satu? Or do you those fall into more of the Mid Tech category? Which I still somewhat consider production ;)

Grayman Satu and Dua. Both offered in Ti/Ti and built like tanks. I'm very impressed with the Satu so far.

Don't forget about Jim Burke. He has production knives too now including the Runt.

Special edition Kershaw JYDs, Leeks, Titanium Bumps, and Cyclones, the Speedform & Tyrade, off the top of my head.
ZTs with titanium are the 300/301/302, 560/561, 550/551 that I know of.
All CRK folders are Ti, I think. I don't have examples of all the models, so I can't say for sure.
Spyderco Sage 2, Techno, the M4 and Ti Militaries, Tuff, Gayle Bradley Air...
Emersons have Ti liners on the locking side I think.
Bokers and CRKTs have models that feature Ti in their construction.
Striders
Hinderers
there's lots more, although arguably considered production due to their availability.
